We are a startup focused on developing a set of tools and services that facilitate IT professionals in the daily maintenance of the IT environment. We will release the first version of our SysWide Platform in 2024.
Full control over the components of IT environment requires a flexible configuration database (CMDB). CMDB will be the first element of the SysWide platform, which will also include automation and integration modules with IT infrastructure management systems and ITSM, SAM, IAM and SIEM class systems. The SysWide platform will also be the basis for the services we offer in the field of supporting IT professionals in system maintenance.
There are no tools on the market focused on ensuring the consistency and quality of master data about the IT environment. In particular, in heterogeneous IT environments with old and new, open and closed, dedicated and off-the-shelf, on-premise and cloud solutions, data on the components of the environment is dispersed and most often inconsistent. That is why we want to build the first MDM (Master Data Management) class solution for IT professionals.
We are a group of IT specialists professionally active for over 20 years. On a daily basis, we deal with the development and maintenance of medium and large IT environments. Our goals result from many years of experience and knowledge of heterogeneous IT environments, in particular technical and organizational problems related to their maintenance. We are convinced that our needs in this area are identical to the needs of thousands of other IT specialists. That is why we will offer a solution that is widely available and, in the basic scope, also free of charge.
The elements of the SysWide platform listed below are at the stage of concept preparation and prototyping. We plan to make the first products publicly available in the 2024.
A central configuration database that allows you to manage the master data of the IT environment. The database is equipped with mechanisms to ensure the quality and consistency of configuration data.
A configuration module that allows you to connect multiple sources of data about configuration items (CI) of the IT environment and operate in the publish/subscribe model.
A configuration module that allows you to plan, execute and supervise batch tasks using master data stored in the CMDB and running integrations.
We plan to launch support services for the implementation and maintenance of the SysWide platform and support services for IT governance based on the SysWide platform.
